Guys, this stuff is a game-changer. It is now a part of my normal routine and I don’t see that ever changing! The number of times I get sick a year has gone down DRASTICALLY! I am one of those people that gets sick all the time (having bad allergies doesn’t help) and I always catch whatever is going around when/if something is. That has all changed. I take 1/2 tsp first thing every morning mixed with a tall glass of water and sometimes add lemon for flavor. I also have a sensitive stomach (gastritis/acid problems) and this is absolutely perfect for that. Zero irritation from using this powder. I tell everyone I know about it and have gotten almost all of them using this now. A real winner!
